What certifications do you have and why do they matter?We have 4 of our staff certified with "IPCI" IPCI is an organization dedicated to providing architects, general contractors, engineers, and flooring contractors the tools they need to utilize and understand the benefits of polished concrete. Offering quality training, specifications, and marketing resources to flooring contractors both domestically and internationally, IPCI intends to become the world leader on concrete polishing resources.

Do you have insurnace?Yes, all jobs and employees are covered by insurance.

Where do you do business?Currently, Preferred Landscaping is servicing the entire region including Corning, Horseheads, Elmira, Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and Geneva. Recently we have seen a great demand around the lakes (Canandaigua, Keuka, Seneca, Cayuga, and Owasco) as well! We are willing to do quotes almost everywhere!
